This S.M.A.R.T.™ report features an in-depth look at key advertiser trends, campaign goals, and post-click actions for Automotive advertisers as compared to the global platform.

Highlights

Seven different verticals grew spend by over 100 percent year-over-year, including Government Services, which entered our top 10 verticals for the first time.

The top campaign goal for over 50% of Auto campaigns was Brand Awareness, making consumers aware of new models and their features. Increased foot traffic was the second leading goal, and was mainly used to drive consumers to dealerships.

Tthe top audience that engaged with automotive ads on our platform was “In-Market Auto Buyers.” This was followed by Soccer Fans and Parents, consumers who spend a lot of time in the car.
